My questions have been answered in a timely manner and with kindness, respect, and genuine care.

I have been so impressed with the RACE line. As a primary care provider working in a rural community, it can be difficult to get timely access to specialist assessment and recommendations, which often results in an inequitable delay to quality care for my patients.
